Regular price $26.00
Despite being a force on the USAC Champ Car scene, A.J. Foyt hadn’t led a lap or finished higher than 10th in his first three Indy 500 starts. But that all changed in 1961. Foyt started seventh in his George Bignotti-prepared, Floyd Trevis-built Watson copy, put on a show for the ages with Eddie Sachs, and brought it home first. RACER artist-in-residence Paul Laguette’s stunning study of the legendary Texan crossing the Speedway’s finish line captures the classic roadster lines and the venerable bricks that, except for a yard at the start-finish, would be covered by asphalt later that same year.

A must-have for any Indy 500 fan, this beautifully-rendered print is offered in three sizes: 12in x 16in, 18in x 24in, and an artist-signed, limited-edition (20 only) 36in x 48in mega-print with white border (image area is 24in x 45in).
